And the accompanying spin: “Nearly six in ten Americans favor a federal law that would impose driving restrictions on teen drivers and institute a graduated license system.”
The article could have just as easily read: “Many Americans Oppose a Law For Federal Restrictions on Drivers’ Licensing.”
And the accompanying article could have read: “Over 40% of Americans do not favor a federal law…”
