A total of 1372 businesses and 7 entire states have received waivers from damaging provisions of ObamaCare; although HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has arbitrarily decided not to allow individuals to apply for waivers. In a recent Pulse Opinion Research survey of 1,000 likely voters conducted on behalf of Let Freedom Ring, 62% of those surveyed believe ordinary citizens should be permitted to apply for similar waivers, including 50% of Democrats surveyed taking this position. Further, 67% believe granting waivers should be the responsibility of Congress and not unelected executive branch officials, with 60% of Democrats taking this position.
